Golden Sunset Maternity Session

It has been a blast documenting more maternity sessions lately. My friend, Trista, owns Reclamation which creates absolutely gorgeous wedding & maternity dresses out of vintage fabrics. Having a chance to incorporate these dresses into my sessions is a dream! Shout out to her for always killing it with these designs.

I've followed Carly on Instagram for awhile now and was so stoked to finally have a chance to shoot with her! She is so sweet and bubbly and is excitedly expecting her first little one. It was such an honor to be able to document these photos for her. We ventured out to Discovery Park in Seattle and couldn't have planned for it to go any better. I had borrowed this gorgeous gold dress from Reclamation and knew I had to shoot it during an epic sunset. Thankfully that evening was as golden as ever and the photos are some of my new favorites.
