Natalie + Mike

One of the best parts of being a photographer is getting to document the different seasons of life for my clients. I first met Natalie and Mike when I photographed their engagement in Seattle, followed by their wedding day in California. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of capturing their growing family—first with a family session, and now, as they prepare to welcome baby number two.

It’s always special when clients return over the years, and with Natalie and Mike, it feels like catching up with old friends. We shot this second maternity session at Discovery Park — one of the best spots to catch sunset in the city. Watching Jules run around while they embraced the excitement of adding to their family made for some of my favorite candid moments.

Here’s to the next chapter for these two—soon to be four!
